Are you a dynamic professional with a background in the energy sector who has a strong understanding of digital transformation in the energy market?
This is an exciting opportunity to join this electrical company and play a major part in the innovation of the company's customer product and services development to enhance their customers experience. You will also have the chance to collaborate with other key stakeholders within the company to integrate strategies across the business.
My client is a well-established power utilities company and manage the importation, generation and distribution of electricity across the island of Guernsey. Their main goal is to improve their customers experience through innovation and to be in line with the changing landscape of the energy industry, by implementing initiatives, products and services to leverage digital tools.
The primary focus of this role is to work alongside the Head of Customer Experience to implement strategies which will improve their customers experience. You will be at the forefront of implementing these products and services that will work towards this goals leveraging digital tools, such as smart meters and data analytics to enhance the overall Customer Experience. Within this role there will be a strong focus on market research to understand customer behaviour, as well as a focus on working with other departments to integrate the outcomes of this digital transformation into the company's product and service offerings.

The role:
- Developing products and services strategies to enhance the overall Customer Experience
- Demonstrate industry expertise and Customer Experience
- Collaboration with other departments such as product development, marketing and customer support
- Conduct market research to understand customer behaviour and preferences
The person:
- Proven experience in product and service development and leading transformation initiatives within the energy or related industries
- Track record of tariff design and experience in creating innovative pricing structures
- Experience in Data Analytics
- Willing to relocate to Guernsey
