About the role You’ll be joining an expanding Registry, working with two other Deputy Heads, and reporting to the Head of Programme Administration as part of our Senior Management Team. Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. With a background in Higher Education administration, you will have enthusiasm and drive for working in this environment. You’ll contribute to strategic planning and have operational responsibility for delivery of an exceptional and professional service, driving forward our commitment to continuous improvement. You'll work with stakeholders from other services within the University, academic staff from our faculties, and international partners, to whom you’ll provide an excellent service, advice, and support. Building effective and supportive relationships across all stakeholders will be a key part of your role. What you can bring We're looking for drive and passion, a leader who can inspire and guide the team. You will possess substantial knowledge and experience of Programme and assessment administration. You’ll have experience of managing a team, and experience of managing the administration of academic programmes within a diverse portfolio including trans-national education, professional qualifying programmes, degree apprenticeships and online learning would be advantageous.
