Due to the success of our school, from September 2024, our Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding and influential professional for the position of Deputy Headteacher. This is a new role that would be ideal for a senior, experienced teacher looking to take the leap in to Leadership.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, the role encompasses a substantive role as a Year 3/4 classroom teacher, with one full day each week, (inclusive of PPA) dedicated to managerial duties.
Our school is characterised by its forward-thinking and inclusive ethos, dedicated to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for our children. This was highlighted in our most recent OFSTED inspection (November 2022), where we achieved a Good rating with Outstanding features, including attitudes to learning and behaviour.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary and impassioned educational leader, poised to contribute significantly to the ongoing success of Cutthorpe Primary School.
