Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies with the Headteacher to enhance achievement standards and outcomes.
- Leading and supporting staff in delivering high-quality SEND provision tailored to diverse student needs.
- Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies to promote student well-being.
- Contributing to school improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.
