The Deputy Headteacher is encouraged and expected to be fully involved in both strategic planning and the day-to-day running of the school.  We are however, looking for an outstanding, experienced leader who will oversee the strategic leadership of the Quality of Education. This role is pivotal to improving the outcomes for our students and will create a framework for raising standards through Teaching and Learning
