St Mary's R.C. Primary are seeking a Deputy Headteacher who can actively contribute to the continued growth of our school, with a particular focus on building an inclusive environment with aspirational learning and opportunities for all children.
This pivotal role requires a leader with a passion for quality of education, who can drive positive change, ensuring our commitment to positive relationships and improve outcomes for all our children
You must have excellent interpersonal skills, who can work collaboratively with a team and contribute to the life of our school and our school community.

A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.
Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, you will be offered two pensions arrangements, the Teachers Superannuation scheme or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) arrangement.
