What's involved: Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of care are provided to residents at all times
Supporting the team
Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence
Ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors
What you'll bring: Previous management and elderly care experience in Nursing Home settings is preferred, Strong, supportive, and clear leadership skills, Staff management experience, Knowledge of drug administration protocols, A good understanding and experience of CQC and CHC standards, Sound understanding of relevant Clinical Governance standards and documentation, Applicants must have a legal right to work in the UK
