A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager (NVQ L4 or NVQ L5) who will assist the Home manager in the clinical governance and management.

Supervising the day to day running of the Home, ensuring that the residents are provided with the highest possible standard of care according to their individual needs and care plans.

The ideal candidate will be a Deputy Manager in a residential care home, preferably with NVQ l4 or NVQ l5 in Health and Social Care or working towards them.

You will assist and be responsible to ensure the care home is compliant to CQC standards.

You will also follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the residents and care home kept safe.

Carry out Care plan Audits, medication audits, writing and updating care plans and risk assessments.

The Deputy Manager will also stand in for the Home Manager during her absence and holidays.

The post involves working every other weekend.
