This purpose-built residential care home is designed to provide high-quality care for older individuals, offering 36 single bedrooms with en-suite facilities, televisions, telephone points, care-call bell systems, and profiling beds for enhanced security and comfort.
In your first few weeks in this Deputy Manager role, you can expect to:

• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals to ensure the highest standard of person-centred care is delivered
• Work closely with the Manager to uphold and enhance the quality of care provided to residents, promoting their well-being and ensuring their individual needs are met
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and staff
• Support the training and development of care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth

To apply for this Deputy Manager role, you will need NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification. You will also require:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a residential care setting
