Deputy Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in the senior care industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and supervising staff in day centre environments, with a focus on providing high-quality care to seniors, including those with dementia.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the day centre under the guidance of the Manager
- Supervise and support staff in delivering compassionate care to members
- Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in senior care
- Oversee activities and programs that promote members' well-being
- Handle members and family concerns with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:

- Previous experience, but not essential.
- Strong understanding of senior care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
