The Cottage Loaf is a lively and popular food led pub in the heart of the busy town of Llandudno. We offer a wide selection of top notch beers, quality wines, and serve fresh interesting food cooked by our talented chefs.
Due to internal promotion, we are now looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER to work alongside our GM, leading the team and driving the Cottage Loaf forward.

What we’re looking for:
A positive deputy general manager with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a genuine love of people and the industry, so not much!
Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for. Some experience of managing people is also essential, as within a short space of time the team will be looking to you for direction and guidance.

(Basic Salary £31,500 - £33,500 per annum + Profit share bonus + generous tips (approx. £4250 k p.a.)
