Reed Health and Care are proud to working with a well-established and reputable care home company based in Llandrindod Wells in Wales. The company specialize in the care for elderly resident and creates home-based feeling for service users.
As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for:
- Working in closer partnership with RM and Owner to ensure the home remains complaint and in line with CIW regulations
- Leading, supervising the staff team
- Developing, implementing policies and procedure to ensure quality and safety
- Communicating with residents, families, staff and external agencies
To be considered for the role, you will need:
- A relevant level 5 or 4 in health and care or commitment to gain this qualification
- A proven track record of being a Deputy Manager in a similar setting
- The ability to hit-ground running and make a positive impact
In return our client is offering:
- A salary of 30k to 35k per annual
- A supportive and friendly working environment
- An opportunity to progress to RM within 6 months
- A Monday to Friday role days
