Duties
- Daily operation of a small country pub, restaurant and B&B
- Ensure all stock is managed and controlled in accordance with company policy
- Ensure all legal requirements are controlled and adhered to as per company policy
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and catering services
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, restaurant and bedroom environment
- Deliver on company P&L - maintaining costs, expenditure and staffing levels

Requirements
- 2 years previous managemnet experience.
- Knowledge of Epos, Tills, Back office systems.
- Strong understanding of stock control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Cellar experience & personal license

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 48 – 60 per week
