Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team. As the Deputy Manager, you will assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your role will involve supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food production and safety.
Duties:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor food production to maintain quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies for business growth
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is highly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and food safety regulations
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
