Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is looking for an experienced manager to join their children's residential home as a Deputy Manager.
This is a great opportunity for you to enhance your managerial abilities in a 6-bed Children's Residential service. This role involves expanding an established service dedicated to aiding children with learning disabilities and additional needs. Under the guidance of the Registered Manager, you'll supervise a staff team and develop the service to accommodate up to 6 children aged 5 to 18.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting your manager to run your workplace, including covering in their absence and ensuring standards of care are maintained
- Oversea support workers and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
Requirements:
- Residential childcare management experience
- Up to date DBS & licence
- Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Experience supporting children with Learning disabilities
