About you:
We are looking for a passionate Deputy Manager with a strong management background in elderly care. As the Deputy Manager you will support the Home Manager with the daily running of the home. With excellent communication skills and a passion for outstanding care, you will be responsible for managing staff performance, rota planning, internal recruitment and staff training whilst maintaining and promoting fantastic levels of care for all our residents. The right candidate will be proactive with a willingness to get stuck in. Experience with the commercial aspects of home management will enable you to support growth of the service.
Requirements:

• • Experience in a leadership position
  • Experience working within a care home environment
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent with willingness to work toward level 4 or 5.
