Collaborate closely with the Management team to effectively delegate roles and responsibilities within your room.
Support the Manager/ Deputy in leading and developing a high-quality staff team.
Assist your team in creating and implementing a curriculum tailored to the age and individual needs of children in your care.

Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
Robust understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (E.Y.F.S.) 2021.
Demonstrated experience in leading a team to high standards, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
