Owen Payne Care are working with a 70 bedded purpose built Care Home situated in the Penn area of Wolverhampton close to shops and pubs and public transport is easily accessible as the bus route runs past the end of the driveway. We care for service users that have specialised care needs including nursing care, dementia care and young adult’s physical disability and rehabilitation.
About the role
- Ensure the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
- Lead, motivate and mentor your team and provide clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home
- Essential nursing tasks and duties including distribution of medication, dressings.
- Promote our service users independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and strive for continuous improvement
- Communicate and liaise with other professionals involved in the well-being and care of our residents. As well as family members and other staff members
About you
- Qualified Nurse (RGN) - essential
- UK PIN number
- Previous experience managing a team
- Knowledge of CQC compliance
- Excellent Clinical skills
- Professional and compassionate
