To be considered for the role of Deputy Nursery Manager you will have:
A minimum of a Level 3 Childcare related qualification
GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics Grade C or above (if Childcare Qualification achieved after September 2014)
Previous Early Year Management or Leadership experience
Excellent knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED frameworks

Located in the heart of Kensington, this Nursery provides full and part time day care for children aged from 2 to 5 years old.
The experienced team follow a set curriculum, underpinned by the EYFS curriculum, giving children a structured and engaging start to their education filled with age and developmentally appropriate experiences. The role of a Deputy Nursery Manager within the Nursery involves:
Deputising for the Manager in their absence
Assisting with the day to day running of the Nursery
Assisting with training and carrying out staff appraisals
Keeping accurate records for both children and members of staff
Leading daily and weekly meeting, alongside the management team
Ensuring the Nursery is compliant with internal and external policies and procedures
Developing good relationships with the Nursery team and external agencies
Ensuring the highest level of care is being delivered
Being responsible for a number of key children as when needed
Ensuring there are good staffing levels and when needed assist with the recruitment process
