Deputy Nursing Home Manager

Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Lyndhurst
Salary: 55,000 Per Annum
Weekly Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Nursing Home.
• Provide strong leadership and support to the nursing and care staff.
• Deliver excellent nursing care to residents during allocated nursing hours.
• Utilise your supernumerary hours to focus on managerial tasks, staff training, and administrative duties.
• Uphold and promote the highest standards of care, following all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in a nursing role, preferably in a care home setting.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A genuine passion for providing the best possible care to elderly residents.
