We have an amazing Deputy Outpatients role available in a private hospital in Oxford.

Salary Up to 45,000

Role of a Deputy Outpatients Manager:

• Support the Manager in the efficient running of the unit.
• Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety.
• Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care.
• Work well with consultants who are experts in their field.
• Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery.
• Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety.

Requirements for a Deputy Ward Manager:

• Experience working in an outpatient setting.
• Experience in care of patients
• Pre and post op experience as well as everything from Cardiac to Colorectal, orthopaedic, ENT, gynae and urology
• Senior and managerial experience required.
