Porsche Centre Swindon have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team and support our Service Manager in running our successful department. We are looking for someone who will become an integral part of our team and ensure the operations of the department are running efficiently to achieve exceptional levels of customer service.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the front of house daily workload while providing the highest standards of customer service while vehicles are with us for servicing and repairs.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction with work carried out and advising of future service or repair priorities.
- Ensure daily operating processes are robustly followed to include invoicing, debtor control and adhering to dealership and manufacture requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the Workshop team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
- Drive a winning performance on all key metrics through a team.
