Job Overview
Ings Grove House is an intermediate care facility, meaning we specialise in supporting individuals transitioning from hospital care. Working alongside Health colleagues, we offer short-term care, providing focused rehabilitation and assistance to promote independence and recovery.

What We’re Looking For:
- Substantial experience in a relevant care setting, showcasing awareness of current quality care practices and standards.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent adult social care services.
- Demonstratable experience in effective staff and resource management.
- Ability to make informed decisions and take responsibility for the establishment in the absence of the Manager.
- Commitment to continuous training and personal development to stay updated with knowledge, skills, and competence.
