Deputy Ward Manager

Deputy Ward Manager Required. My client is one of the UK's leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support to adults and young people. This well-established company has developed an unrivalled reputation for delivering a high standard of care, with over 300 facilities offering care and support for Mental Health, Addiction Rehabilitation, Adult Acute, High Dependency, PICU, CAMHS, Brain Injury and Secure Services. This Hospital based in Cheadle offers inpatient specialist mental health service for young people and adults in multiple units with between 10 and 30 beds offering high quality care and treatment for service users with challenging and complex needs.

Duties for the Deputy Manager include:
Lead and support the ward based teams within the hospital
Full responsibility for the Hospital overnight
Manage the team of night managers
Ensure highest standards of care provided at all times
Ensure all member of the night manager team receive clinical supervision, appraisal and mandatory training

Requirements for the Deputy Manager include:
Registered Nurse with Valid Pin - RMN
Strong leadership and management skills
Proven track record of person centred care
