Workingan average of 40.25 hours per week, you will support in leading thenursing team, ensuring procedures are being followed and a safeenvironment in maintained. As a Deputy Ward Manager you willbe committed to delivering excellent standards of care whilstacting as a positive role model, coach and mentor to yourteam.
You will beworking with people in an inpatient setting who may be treatedunder the Mental Health Act , providing treatment for men and womenwho may have suffered trauma and are affected by mental disorders.As an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team, you willprovide your peers on-going guidance and training to ensure theyhave the necessary support system andskillset.
