Working an average of 40.25 hours per week, you will support in leading the nursing team, ensuring procedures are being followed and a safe environment in maintained. As a Deputy Ward Manager you will be committed to delivering excellent standards of care whilst acting as a positive role model, coach and mentor to your team. You will be working with people in an inpatient setting who may be treated under the Mental Health Act , providing treatment for men and women who may have suffered trauma and are affected by mental disorders. As an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team, you will provide your peers on-going guidance and training to ensure they have the necessary support system and skillset.
