We have an amazing Deputy Ward Manager position available in a private hospital in Oxford.

Salary Up to 45,000 - 37.5hrs

Role of a Deputy Ward Manager:

• Manage the day to day running of our ward department.
• Lead a team of highly qualified nurses.
• Ensure we deliver excellent patient care.
• Use your existing knowledge to help shape a superior patient experience.
• Helping you feel good.

Requirements for a Deputy Ward Manager:

• RGN with NMC registration
• Previous experience as a Junior Sister, Charge Nurse or Ward Manager
• Management and leadership experience required
