The post holder will demonstrate person centred care, through role-modelling this approach to care in their own practice. In addition, the post holder will play a supportive role in leading the development of the care setting, seeking opportunities for learning and development. Drawing on own expertise, the post holder will disseminate expert evidence based knowledge and skills in order to continuously develop self and others. .

Experience as a Registered Nurse for 2 years with at least 1 years experience managing a team in an acute medical / infectious diseases environment.Knowledge of current changes in HPSS and awareness of the impact changes have on the ward and hospital environment.
