Key Responsibilities of the Design and Specifications Manager:

• Inspire and guide clients through the Design and specification process, ensuring their visions come to life.
• Foster seamless communication between clients and internal teams, keeping everyone in the loop and on track.
• Provide expert technical education to clients on brand history, customer experience, and cutting-edge technology.
• Deliver impeccably detailed specifications within agreed deadlines, striving to exceed set objectives.

Our Ideal Design and Specifications Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the luxury automotive industry or equivalent.
• Proven track record in Design and creative roles, with 3+ years in client management or customer-facing positions.
• Thrives in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
