Your Contribution: As a Design Co-ordinator, you'll be at the forefront of their project success. Working closely with the Senior Technical Manager, your duties will encompass overseeing external consultants, facilitating on-site operations, and upholding regulatory compliance. Additionally, you'll play a key role in fostering seamless collaboration among project stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Possession of an HND qualification or higher in Design, Construction, or Civil Engineering.
• At least five years' experience in a technical capacity within the housebuilding sector (preferred).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, Word & Zutec.
• Strong familiarity with Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, and related legislation.
• Outstanding communication skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Business savvy and capability to thrive under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to project ownership.
