• Supporting Lead Engineers in developing a new portfolio of composite or metal products in support of the growing customer demand for highly innovative and technical components.
• Experience of working with CAD, Solidworks and possibly Catia would be beneficial.
• A background in a regulated environment will be beneficial – dealing with projects for the Military/Defence, Aerospace & Automotive sectors.  Any exposure or working towards ISO standards.
• Working for an SME business – this will be an extremely varied role and will require you to be dynamic, will suit someone who is used to operating in a smaller sized business operating at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.

This Design Engineer job will suit:

• A Project Design Engineer, Design Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer accustomed to working within an engineering / manufacturing environment. 
• Background in Technology, Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Motorsport or similar.  It will require a lot of diligence, quality procedures and compliance, working closely with multi-functional teams across to deliver the project requirements.
• An engineering degree BEng (minimum), MSc or MEng preferable with demonstrable industry experience.
• Based near to Eynsham in Oxfordshire, able to commute into their production facility.
