We are seeking a Design Engineer to join our team at a leading manufacturer of a range of livestock feeding and slurry handling equipment and specialist trailers. With a global network of dealers, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.
Your new role
In this full-time, on-site role, the Design Engineer will be at the forefront of our product development process. You will be responsible for conducting research, designing and developing new products, and improving existing designs. Your role will also involve working closely with our production teams to ensure that designs are feasible and can be manufactured efficiently.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in SolidWorks software and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, as is effective communication. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required. Experience in the agriculture or heavy machinery industry will be a distinct advantage. The salary for this position is dependent on experience.
