Joining a small agency with 3 design practitioners, you will act as the Design Lead and provide creative vision to the organisation. Working with clients of the company, you will lead web design efforts using Elementor and Wordpress to deliver well-designed websites to businesses across the South West and the UK.
You'll spearhead the creative vision, translating abstract concepts into actionable briefs, and developing strategic design plans. Collaborating closely with web development and project management teams, you'll provide creative direction and troubleshoot design challenges. Utilizing tools like Elementor, you'll bring concepts to life, ensuring a seamless user experience and compelling design across web pages.
What experience you’ll need.
- Proficient with Elementor or similar web building tools, and familiarity with Wordpress.
- Ability to lead and shape creative vision internally, and in web development process.
- Track record in innovating design solutions.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams with developers and project managers.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Understanding of InDesign and Photoshop, and willingness to support on print and layout work is desirable.
