Our client, one of the fastest growing developers, is currently seeking an ambitious Design Manager to work on large mixed-use schemes in West London. These dynamic new developments incorporate strikingly designed homes and apartments.
Founded over 50 years ago, this developer has a reputation for building homes with character and of high quality.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To support the Pre-Construction function, acting as the bridge between the Land & Planning and Technical teams.
- Managing technical project documentation
- To coordinate the production of high-quality design drawings
- To attend Planning Committee or site meetings as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The applicant must be able to organise, plan and manage their workload and have an up to date understanding of Building Regulations and Planning Permission Procedures. Suitable applicants will possess a degree or equivalent in a design discipline and be commercially aware.

Offering up to £75k - £85k plus package and flexibility depending on experience.
