Design & Marketing Assistant

Our client is seeking a Graphic Design / Marketing graduate early in their career, looking to work in-house within a professional services firm

Your role as Design & Marketing Assistant will be split between up to 60% design tasks and up to 40% of other marketing activities such as drafting content, delivering marketing campaigns and working with internal stakeholders.

You will be reporting into their Head of Marketing and working alongside a Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive.

The marketing team are responsible for identifying and satisfying customer needs through reaching out to clients, prospects and wider audiences through their marketing activities. These should lead to increased income, profitability and creating an overarching brand image.

This role will enable you to develop a broader skill set in marketing, within the financial services industry. You will be designing and developing visually engaging materials and content across various channels, including digital and hard copy.

Design & Marketing Assistant Requirements

• You should have experience using Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
• You should have experience using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ideally, you should have a degree (or equivalent) in marketing or similar creative design
• Individuals with some paid, career experience within marketing / graphic design would be preferred

Design & Marketing Assistant Benefits

• Salary of £23,000 - £25,000 plus Private Medical Insurance, Income Protection, Life Assurance, Critical Illness cover and Pension scheme 6% Employer, 3% Employee
• Social committee organise regular events and 1-day annual allowance for Charity work
• 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Working from their head office with some flexibility to work from home
