The role
Great opportunity for a creative and versatile Designer to join our dynamic internal team.
You’ll be responsible for design and production on campaigns for our Care Services business, helping us reach our target audience and achieve our business goals.
Your expertise will be vital in producing engaging, compelling, and successful communications for various traditional, social and digital channels.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute design solutions that align with campaign objectives.
- Develop and maintain the Bupa style and branding consistency across all marketing materials.
- Create eye-catching, on-brand visuals, including email, static graphics and motion graphics/animations.
- Deliver engaging emails journeys and campaigns utilising our email CMS (no code required)
- Design and optimize ads for traditional print and social media platforms, ensuring they perform effectively and meet industry best practices.
- Craft persuasive, data-driven design elements to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Stay up to date with design trends and digital marketing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing design tasks from concept to completion.
You
- A rounded blend of traditional and digital marketing expertise - with more of a focus on traditional for this role
- Proven experience in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles, including print, social media advertising and email marketing.
- Able to work efficiently to tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Brilliant communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a creative team.
- Passion for creativity, design innovation, and a commitment to delivering impactful marketing materials.
- Highly self-motivated and able to initiate activity with minimal guidance.
- Able to emphasise with customers, see Bupa through their eyes and challenge our creative through it.
- Not easily knocked off track by challenges, confident to face into them in a pragmatic and professional way.
- Passionate about continuous learning and embracing opportunities.
