You will be joining an IT department in a progressive and fast-paced environment as a Deskside Support Engineer.
£30,800 base salary (plus £4,200 on call bonus)
On call rota to be discussed further
(Ideally) 1st March start
Office based role
Your main role will be to provide hardware and software support, both remotely and deskside on IT products within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA).
A successful candidate will have the following:
· Good troubleshooting skills
· Windows OS literate
· Experience with Active Directory
· Basic hardware knowledge, Laptop Keyboards, Memory, Hard drives
· Experience with network fault troubleshooting
· Experience with Network builds
· Experience with network printer installs and configuration
· Experience with VPN and remote work on machines
Must have a full UK Driving license and be able to go through a security check
