VANRATH are pleased to be working with a global enterprise on their search for an IT Desktop Support Team Lead. This opportunity is full time in-office in Dublin working Monday - Friday. Standard 9.00am - 5.30pm working hours.
The Role
- System administration & technical support
- Ensure IT function complies with policies and guidelines
- Work closely with IT Manager to guide the wider Desktop Support Team
- Telecoms support
- Hardware maintenance and upgrade
The Ideal Person
- 5+ years experience in a desktop or infrastructure support role
- Previous management or Team Lead experience
- Familiar with ITIL policies
- Strong understanding of windows operating systems and PC hardware
- IT related degree of certification
