We are supporting a great opportunity for a Destination Administratorto join a successful scheme.
This great opportunity will report to the Destination Manager & support the Destination Team with a variety of administration duties, including: -
- Providing a variety of administration support across finance, H&S, Facilities, Compliance, Marketing, Commercialisation & Tenant liaison
- Data capture, analysis & reporting
- Supporting the Marketing Team with Administration & Activities
- Analysis of Customer Service reviews / comments
- Being a point of contact for visitors / contractors - dealing with queries
- Supporting retailer, area manager & head office communications
- Supporting commercialisation administration / queries
- Scheduling & supporting the logistics for site meetings
- Reviewing & improving Customer Service processes / policies
- Handling customer complaints / queries or incident communications
- Form part of the weekend duty rota (1 in 4 weekends) supporting weekend operations
Candidates will hold proven administration / IT experience, with the ability to work/analysis & report on data/trends, along with being a great communicator (ability to provide confident customer service).
