We are currently working with a social housing provider with a real focus on developing good quality affordable housing in the south.
We are currently working on a Development Administrator role on a temporary basis for 6 weeks. This role is fully in office initially, for training and then will be hybrid up to 2 days from home, offering 37.5 hours a week and a competitive hourly rate.
The ideal candidate will have social housing experience and experience working in a customer service environment. The role will be ideal for candidates with transferable skills acquired from similar roles and a strong understanding of housing, repairs and scheduling.
Below are some duties listed:
- Acting as the first point of contact for residents and dealing with enquiries coming into the business via Telephone and email
- Supporting the Development Manager and Head of Development
- Responded to emails and phone calls from leaseholders and dealing with defects and queries
- Involved general admin including drafting correspondence, preparing documentation to be sent to development partners, filing etc
- Essential that the individual is confident in a customer facing role, if they’ve operated in a customer service position that would be ideal as we need someone who is also resilient
