Learning & Development Administrator

Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Learning & Development Administrator based in Watford for a reputable professional organisation.

Summary of theLearning & Development Administratorrole

Salary: GBP25,000 per annum
Location: Watford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

The role

As the Learning & Development Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

• Book specialist courses and manage all related administration including updating Excel and training bookings.
• Arrange and send out invites for training courses, webinars and more.
• Quarterly CPD reports.
• Processing of mandatory training assessments.
• Log and update Professional Qualifications.
• Setting up training rooms.

The experience required

As a successful Learning & Development Administrator you will have the following:

• Experience within a finance or similar role previously.
• Demonstrable technical accounting knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
