- A trained chef with flair, creativity, and confidence
- Experience working in new openings, or similar environment would be preferable
- Exceptional skill and technical ability delivering Sushi and Pan Asian food
- Knowledge of training methodology, pioneering menu training projects in site or evidence of capability and creativity
- Proven experience and dedication to delivering safety controls
- Extensive People Management experience, evidence of driving performance and developing people in their Teams
- Evidence of implementing changes, being a decision maker, working autonomously
- Fluent in English
- Full UK Driving license and own transport
- Experience in the retail sector beneficial
- With experience in food styling and photography a plus!
- Dedicated to leading and driving the food development plan and NPD strategy
- Lead all food show and aspects of the food presentations
- Partner with our training department to present training sessions and the creation of the necessary material to ensure that all menu activity is delivered on brand and to specification
- Creation and delivery of site necessary site communications
- Report on campaign / product performance and site compliance
- Identify future growth and development opportunities.
- Photo and Video shoots and the creation on content for both marketing and training collateral
- Working closely with Food Safety Team to ensure safety compliance across units
- Create and maintain live product manuals for sites and ensure access and utilisation across all sites
- Compile accurate allergen and nutritional information for any new lines and update any existing lines with specification or ingredient changes
- Ensure all product labels and allergen information is up to date with current item specifications.
- Partners with the People Team to identify strategy to counteract underperformance across key estate
- Determines and cascades key communications, and delegates training methods to drive capability across Teams
- Maintains consistency in food quality and safety compliance
- You will be responsible for the management of all retail systems and product creation
