This staff role is an outstanding opportunity for an IT engineer with experience from one of several IT backgrounds who wants to further develop and progress their IT engineering skills. You will be working in an exciting development environment, delivering operational technology solutions to make London safer. You will be part of the team who develop niche technology solutions for unique business issues for operational use both in the office and in the field. Working closely with an enthusiastic and dedicated team, you will be responsible for developing requirements, using your technical experience to design, develop, or support IT systems, working with collaborative tools, and providing hands-on expert assistance to the team to deliver robust and innovative solutions. The work will include the system design from concept through to fully functional systems for operational use, including support.
