Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Development Manager to support with the inhouse development of Salesforce and general software development.

- Manage the development lifecycle of software produced for Salesforce
- Recruit, hire and mentor a team of Software Development Engineers
- Manage the team to execute against a prepared backlog and deliver commitments within a professional, high paced engineering environment.
- Lead sessions with various stakeholders across the business.
- Deliver commitments within time frames.
- Support with backlog, and ensure engineers understand the requirements supported by the BA function.
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
- You will have previous experience developing Salesforce implementation.
- Experience within management role within a development environment.
- You will have experience working with AGLIE delivery methods and further SCRUM exposure.
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
