Development Manager - North London

Exciting temporary opportunity for an experienced Development Manger to oversee the day to day running of a large and busy development in North London.

This is a temporary role and will be based on a Monday to Friday working week.

Main duties will include:

• Smooth running of the development
• Supervise the Concierge team and deal with cleaners and an army of sub-contractors
• Be knowledgeable with company's policies as described in the company's SOP and Employees Handbook
• Make sure that the company's policies and the site-specific procedures are adhered by the Concierge team
• Read the front desk diary on daily basis and provide verbal reports to the Estate Manager
• Provide continuous training to all members of the concierge team
• Carry out regular inspections of the site; Identify and log any maintenance, cleaning and Health & Safety issues
• Ensure that the office files are always updated with the details of Leaseholders, Sub-tenants, Managing Agents
• Monitor Concierge e-mail account to ensure all emails are actioned, i.e. acknowledged, responded to, information is noted
• Regularly review all operational sheets to ensure that activities are logged correctly in accordance with procedures

You will have the following experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience as a Development Manager
• Excellent IT and numeracy skills.
• Relevant IRPM qualifications, or willingness and ability to obtain within first year of employment.
• Hold IOSH managing safely qualification or will gain within 6 months.
