R13 are excited to be supporting a high-profile, dynamic organisation in their search for a Finance Assistant to join their team. You will be an integral member of the finance team, supporting senior management with purchase ledger, credit control and maintaining accurate company financial records.
This is a part time, permanent position working 20 hours a week. The offered salary for this opportunity is up to £11.75 per hour.

The day to day
- Maintaining the business’s credit control function, reconciling accounts and resolving any disputes, as well as any outstanding payments.
- Carrying out purchase ledger tasks, including sending and maintaining purchase orders.
- Assisting senior management with other ad-hoc tasks relating to the finance department.
- Keeping accurate financial records.
You will have/be
- Previous experience within an accounts role, with experience in credit control.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Adaptable nature, and able to maintain a busy and diverse workload.
