Form of workThis privately owned and award-winning residential developer are looking to recruit a Development Planner to join their Land and Planning team.
As a business they build high quality homes throughout Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire and regularly win awards with the NHBC.
As a Development Planner you will be involved in the appraisal of potential land purchases and contribute to securing strategic land. You will be responsible for the preparation of planning applications and reports, working closely with a range of external consultants, as well as dealing with S73, and the discharging of planning conditions.
Applicants will require strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to work in a team environment and have previous experience within Planning with a developer, LA, or planning consultancy. Ideally you will also be working towards a chartership with the RTPI or hold MRTPI status.
