Devops Engineer (Datadog)

DevOps Engineer- DataDog

You will be responsible for spreading knowledge, ideas and applied implementation skills needed to improve software delivery and runtime performance. You will be responsible for supporting three workstreams:

• AWS / Azure / GCP migrations to newer versions
• DataDog
• Vault Implementation

Responsibilities:

• On-boarding of the new applications into Cloud
• Migrations of applications to the new MVP site
• Automation & Integration tasks
• Make recommendations for improvements to existing architecture

Qualifications:

Required skills:

• Working knowledge with Terraform
• Working knowledge with Cloud Technologies
• Working knowledge with monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Splunk, Nagios)
• Working knowledge with scripting languages (Bash and Python)
• Working knowledge with Git
• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and practices
• 3+ years of experience configuring and managing infrastructures
• Experience working with centralised configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef and/or Puppet)
