Our core product, the PerfectDraft machine, precisely designed to serve the perfect beer at the perfect temperature. There are more than 40 beers available to drink on PerfectDraft, from craft beers to Belgian and German classics. All served exactly how the brewer intended.
Our strategy to launch and grow the PerfectDraft brand, product range and customer base has been via our own Direct to Consumer ecommerce stores in Europe, with presence in 8 countries and now we are expanding this offer in different channels. Machines and kegs are sold, and empty kegs returned and refilled by breweries in a pioneering, sustainable returns loop.

The role:
Join our dynamic team as a Lead DevOps Engineer - PerfectDraft, London. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the development and maintenance of our infrastructure solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge technologies and ensure the highest level of system reliability, security, and performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
- Design, implement, manage, and automate infrastructure solutions using Terraform
- Maintain and optimize cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Build and sustain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD)
- Manage networking protocols and infrastructure (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing)
- Utilize containerization and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
- Implement and maintain logging and monitoring solutions (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Integrate security measures into infrastructure (WAF, secret management)
- Configure and secure database technologies (Microsoft SQL)
- Operate within Linux, Windows, and Windows Server environments
Who we’re looking for?
- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a relevant scientific/engineering discipline. Equivalent work experience is also considered.
- Extensive years of experience in a DevOps role
- A good number of years of experience leading a DevOps team
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform, cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, networking, and security integration
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, logging and monitoring stacks, configuration management tools, and database technologies
- Strong background in Linux, Windows, and Windows Server
Nice to Have:
- Experience with development and delivery lifecycles, particularly Test Automation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
