As a member of the digital marketing team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different sectors and industries. You will help them achieve their online marketing goals through PPC, Social Media, SEO and Content strategies. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, conducting account audits, delivering presentations, implementing tasks and providing client training programmes.

Role requirements:
- Implement and manage client accounts
- Monitor and fix platform issues escalated to you
- Manage a small team of Account Executives
- Plan own daily work schedule
- Execute and deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns
- Identify and suggest areas for improvement and advise clients as needed
- Prepare and present monthly reports and progress updates to clients
- Handle the Digital Accounts and be the expert for PPC, Social Media & SEO projects, working with other departments to grow accounts and meet expectations
- Update websites using CMS platforms such as Magento, WordPress and our own systems
- Use various SEM marketing tools to measure and report on ROI metrics
- Support internal marketing activity, promoting the businesses products and services, assisting the Sales Director and Head of Digital as needed
Person Specification:
- At least 5 year's experience working for an agency or within internal marketing
- Experience managing direct reports
- You are able to solve problems quickly and proactively by keeping up with search trends and digital technologies
- Be able to highlight your work across multiple projects
- Able to use Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other marketing tools effectively and analytically to measure ROI
- You have a positive attitude and work ethic, respect your team members and always seek to learn more
- Able to handle multiple client projects in a fast-paced and complex environment
